A doula is a provider of non-medical physical and emotional
support to the pregnant women and her partner during labor.

Who are the doulas of Your Best Birth?

Dorothy and Jessica, the co-founders of Your Best Birth,
have both been working as birth doulas in the Central NJ
area for over five years and they have each attended over 85
births.
