So what is a doula anyway? A doula is a provider of non-medical physical and emotional support to the pregnant women and her partner during labor. Who are the doulas of Your Best Birth? Dorothy and Jessica, the co-founders of Your Best Birth, have both been working as birth doulas in the Central NJ area for over five years and they have each attended over 85 births. In the very rare event that a back-up is needed, you can be assured that you will be getting an experienced doula who meets the Your Best Birth standards who will help YOU to have Your Best Birth. |
