This class is open to all expecting moms and new moms with babies
under 6 months old. Babies are welcome!

Your Best Birth educators Dorothy Haines and Jessica Koester will
facilitate an informal monthly discussion for pregnant and new
moms, addressing postpartum issues in a safe, nonjudgmental
environment, bringing compassion, humor, and personal expertise to
the conversation.

Come share the joys and address the challenges of parenting
together with other other moms, and connect and support other new
parents on the same journey.
